The LUH AStA announced the introduction of the "Deutschlandticket" semester ticket in an email to all LUH students, which will usher in a new era of mobility for our students from the 2024/2025 winter semester onwards. Following a resolution by the Student Council on June 19, 2024, this ticket will replace the previous semester ticket and promises not only more favorable conditions, but also an expanded range of services. Such a significant change could only be achieved thanks to the committed cooperation of all parties involved.
Important information regarding re-registration for the winter semester 2024/2025
Despite the introduction of the cost-optimized "Deutschlandticket" semester ticket, the full semester fee must be paid in order to successfully re-register. For technical reasons, a refund will be possible some time during the winter semester. Students will be informed separately about the exact refund modalities, so we ask for your patience. The innovative "Deutschlandsemesterticket" is implemented as a digital online ticket that can be accessed on all mobile devices with internet access. For students without the opportunity to use the digital offer, there will be a limited number of chip cards that can be applied for at the AStA.
