About the ZQS
Offers, services and contact information
ZQS’s three departments offer extensive guidance and services related to teaching and learning. The objective of ZQS is to promote and ensure the development of successful degree programmes as well as teaching and learning processes that improve student success.
We provide advice and support to faculties and the Presidential Board regarding the enhancement of degree programme quality, and we offer advisory services, qualification opportunities and seminars for faculty members and students.

- Advising and services for courses/teachers and training for tutors
- Project work on sustainability and with companies, with credit points
- Advising and workshops on career orientation, internships and career entry (Career Service)
- Career Dates career fair and events with companies
- Operation and further development of the Stud.IP and ILIAS learning management systems
- Operation of the Flowcasts media server
- Provision of further digital tools for teaching, learning, examination and evaluation
- Video conferencing and communication tools for online teaching activities (Big Blue Button)
- Support and training courses for all services
- Lecture recording, film and media production
- Media didactic consulting (planning, method selection and implementation)
