The ombudsperson is the port of call for students with general or individual problems, complaints, or suggestions for improvements related to learning and teaching.
Upcoming consultation hour – with registration

The office of the ombudsperson will be closed from 21 December 2024 up to and including 5 January 2025. In urgent cases, please send us an e-mail. The first consultation appointment will take place again on Thursday, 9 January 2025 from 1.30–2.30 pm. Please register in advance by email.
