Change of Personal Data

You can change your address and telephone number in the campus management portal.

The access data for the student portal are the same as the IdM access data that you also use for the QIS portal.

You can log into the portal via the following link: https://campusmanagement.uni-hannover.de/web

Alternatively, you can also tell us your new address in person at the ServiceCenter.

Name changes must  be reported to the admissions office either in person at the ServiceCenter or via email.

Send us the form for name change and a copy of your identity card or your marriage certificate by email as a PDF to: studierendenverwaltung@uni-hannover.de

Due to the name change, a new LeibnizCard must be applied for.
