Report a technical issue or malfunction:
Have you noticed a technical issue or do you require a repair at one of our technical facilities? Then write us an email. For urgent issues requiring an immediate response (e.g. in emergencies or situations which pose a risk to individuals’ safety), please contact us by phone.
We require the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- The location of the problem (building/room)
- A detailed description of the problem or disruption
Getting help quickly outside of opening hours:
We have set up a stand-by service for emergencies and urgent issues that occur outside our regular opening hours. You can reach us at night and on weekends via our hotline: +49 511 762 4440
