- Advising and support in the completion of risk assessments
- Workplace visits and individual advising
- Measurement of stressors and hazards in the workplace (e.g. noise, lighting)
- Provision of training sessions (including training of fire safety assistants, fire extinguisher practice)
- Preventative occupational health exams, vaccination consultations for business trips
- Accident reviews
- Coordination of first-aid training for department safety officers, laser safety officers, fire safety assistants, etc.
- Approvals (e.g. radiation protection, genetic engineering)
- Testing of ladders and steps
