ADVISING SERVICE PURSUANT TO THE GENERAL ACT ON EQUAL TREATMENT (AGG)
Discrimination against people due to their ethnic origin, their gender, their religion or world view, a disability, or their age or sexual identity is prohibited. The Personnel Department at Leibniz University Hannover is one of the offices where complaints regarding cases of discrimination can be submitted.
Employees can contact the Personnel Department to make a complaint.
The central Equal Opportunities Officer and the Staff Council are also available as contact people and advisors.
Lower Saxony State Office for Remuneration and Pensions (NLBV)
The Lower Saxony State Office for Remuneration and Pensions (NLBV) is responsible for the calculation and payment of wages to all university employees; pension benefits for all former civil servants from the university; and benefits in cases of illness, long-term care, births and deaths pursuant to the regulations on such benefits.
