The Faculty of Law invites applications for the following position of Salary Scale W3 NBesO starting at the earliest possible date: University Professorship (m/f/d) in Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law

The Position

  • Research and teaching in the field of Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law
  • The position is part of the Institute for German and European Commercial Law

Your Profile

  • a scholarly track record in Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law
  • ability to teach compulsory subjects and specialised areas of German law (with regard to the state examination) as well as other programmes of the Faculty of Law
  • Willingness to acquire and collaborate on third-party funded projects
  • good command of German and English is a prerequisite
